How to book excursions?

To make the reservation, you must fill in the booking form following the instructions and make the corresponding payment. You will receive confirmation shortly via email. It is very important to fill in the requested data correctly as they will be the ones we will use to contact you. In the event that you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, we advise you to contact us via email.

After booking an excursion, can I change the date?

Without any problem you can change the initial date of the reservation, for this you must send us an email requesting the change within 48 hours of departure of the initially booked tour. In it you must indicate the new date. Remember that each booking only accepts a single change of date.

Is there a discount for children?

Generally, children from 2 to 12 years old have a 50% discount on the price of adults. However, in the description of each excursion you will find the corresponding price of child.

How and when are the tours paid for?

Payments will usually be made online at the time of booking your excursions. We also accept payments by phone where one of our advisors will help you make your reservation or by bank transfer in some cases. As a guarantee of payment, you will receive through the email provided the confirmation of the reservation and the corresponding proof of payment. This system allows us to comply with the country's tax obligations, thus guaranteeing the realization of the services contracted by the client without any last-minute setbacks.

Are they the same prices by booking online as if I book once at the destination?

By booking online you can benefit from the discounts and competitive prices of our platform indicated for each excursion. Once in destination the price can vary and rise up to 10%.

What time and where will they pick me up for the excursions?

This data will have already been previously informed at the time of booking confirmation via email. It is essential to show up 15 minutes before pickup time. If you require more information about your time and collection point you can contact us whenever you want through our service channels and at indicated times. We advise that once you are at destination, you send us via whatsapp, email or phone call, the number of the room designated in the hotel.

What time will I be back at the hotel?

In each description of the tour there is a technical data sheet indicating the duration of the tour. This duration is approximate depending on the location of your hotel.

What are the times when I can contact Discoverytoursmexico.com?

Do the tours have insurance?

We have liability insurance that covers you during the tour. It is also essential that our different suppliers have insurance.

What to bring to the excursions?

In the description of each tour there is an information of what we advise to take in each of them. It is important to mention at this point, that for sea excursions, for obvious reasons, it is not advisable to bring electronic devices or photographic or video cameras that are not submersible.

Where can I make my purchases?

It is advisable to buy in stores that give you confidence and security. Avoid buying on the street and especially from street vendors. The guide will be able to advise you on each tour where to buy with confidence.

What is our company's Cancellation and Refund Policy?

Reservations cancelled more than 15 days before the date of the tour, are not subject to any penalty, we advise you to consult our cancellation policy. For cancellations you must send an email to hola@discoverytours.com clearly indicating the reservation to cancel. Our Customer Service Team will respond within 48 hours. Please note that cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.

The pick-up point for all our tours will always be at your hotel reception. Unlike other tour operators, we are a company authorized by hotel companies. There are hotels with a single pick-up point
